If you are looking to take your wrestling to the next level and onto the podium at the state tournament next year, off season wrestling will play an essential roll in your goals. Your opponents will be spending this spring and summer hard at work to beat you next year, so what are you doing this off-season to become a champion?

Vermillion University of wrestling sessions will focus on:

-Instructional Folk Style Technique

-Diverse conditioning and Drilling Wrestling

-Intense Live and Situational Wrestling
Head coach: Blake Vermillion
with special guest clinicians will
get you where you need to go.

Dates: April 6th thru June 29th

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 -7:30 p.m.
Where: The Crystal Lake Wizards Wrestling Facility

Cost: $350 per wrestler (includes Vermillion University T- shirt)

Participants must have U.S.A. Wrestling card
